Is VivaRenta free for renters?

Yes. Browsing listings, using the search, and contacting property owners is completely free for renters. There are no booking fees, service fees, or commissions on the renter side.
What areas does VivaRenta cover?

What does AMPI certification mean for a property agency?

AMPI (Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios) is Mexico's national real estate professional association. An AMPI-certified agent or agency has passed an ethics and competency review and is bound by a professional code of conduct.
